TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Partnership offers will be entertained on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- One table, two chairs, three/Two spot lights, three plug points of 15 amp, Fascia
Name, carpeting and overnight cleaning will be included in the cost, if you are taking
Octonorm Stall.
- Facilities required if any, will be provided at an extra cost.
- The partners shall be responsible for any special permission, licenses, etc. if any
mandated by State Govt./The Government of India.
- Partnership payments shall be payable in Indian Rupees net of all taxes & TDS due
before the conference.
- The partnership offer shall be confirmed only on receipt of the full partnership
amount.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of
partnership at any point of time.
- For prominent exhibition and advertisement space book as early as possible.
- Stalls would be allocated on first come, first served basis.
- Flat 18% GST will be charged additionally on the above cost as per the govt. norms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 50% of the payment will be refunded if cancelled before 31st October 2022
- Cancellation request received after 31st October 2022 would not be entitled for any
refund
