TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Registration Fee is Inclusive of taxes as per current Government norms.
- Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Student registrants must provide a copy of recent identity proof/ bonafide letter from the Institution.
- Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not dully filled.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation requests received on or before 31 October, 2022. 100% refund (against
registration) will be processed.
- Requests received from 1 November, 2022 to 31 December, 2022. Only 50% Refund will
be processed against the registration.
- After 31 December, 2022. No Refund on registration.
- Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to conference secretariat E-mail.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Note: Bank processing charges @3% in case of card payments will not be refunded
